We built an AI assistant that uses automation to request structured feedback from every relevant client stakeholder each month and quarter. The system gathers sentiment, risks and concerns from operations, finance, governance, commercial and health and safety contacts, then uses AI to analyse trends, detect early warning signals and highlight alignment or conflict between teams.
