The problem

A boutique strength studio approached us looking for a simple way to keep on top of the growing number of enquiries coming through their website and social channels. Messages were landing in different inboxes, and the team were finding it hard to track who needed a follow-up or who had already booked an intro session. They wanted something tidy and focused, without adding another heavy CRM to their workflow.

What we built

We designed a calm, minimal lead capture screen that brings all new enquiries into one place. The interface reflects Studio Stack’s clean, modern aesthetic, keeping everything understated so the team can quickly see who has reached out and what they are interested in. The lead list shows names, contact details, interest type and when the enquiry arrived. Alongside it, a small automation panel highlights what is happening behind the scenes, such as sending intro packs or nudging coaches to follow up. Even though it is a simple front-end, the layout feels like a finished internal tool: clear, structured and easy to scan at a glance.
