The problem
Final proofreading of diagnostic reports is slow, manual and easy to get wrong. A single inconsistent name, date or heading can undermine a report that is clinically sound, and checking every document line by line takes senior time that should be spent on clinical work.
We built a secure web application that accepts a completed Word report and checks it against a defined set of formatting, continuity and template rules. Identifiable information is stripped server side before any AI processing takes place, so the checking layer never sees patient details. Clinicians get a clear list of issues to review, not an automated rewrite.
A live tool that removes most of the manual proofreading burden, applies the same standard to every report, and keeps editorial decisions with the clinician. Built, hosted and maintained by Nudge5 on EU infrastructure, with full data protection documentation in place.
