The problem
Writing neurodevelopmental assessment reports is time-consuming, repetitive and pulls clinicians away from clinical work. Generic tools were not built around ADOS-2, ADI-R, ACIA or DIVA-5, and could not draft from notes without inventing information or bypassing clinical judgement.
We built every layer: the AI report engine, templates that mirror each assessment booklet, DSM-5 criteria output, PDF export, auth, subscriptions, website and hosting. The AI drafts only from the clinician's own notes, covering ADOS-2 (Modules 3 and 4), ADI-R, ACIA, DIVA-5 and Young DIVA-5.
A production clinical SaaS platform, built and managed entirely by Nudge5, that cuts report-writing time while keeping diagnosis and accuracy with the clinician.
